What's included in the tour price?
All tours include expert guide services, planned activities, and cultural experiences as described. Multi-day tours include accommodation and meals. Transportation within the tour itinerary is provided, though travel to the starting point is not included.
How large are your tour groups?
We keep groups small to ensure personalised attention. City Explorer tours accommodate up to 12 people, Cultural Immersion tours are limited to 8 participants, and Premium Adventures typically have 6-8 travellers maximum.
What happens if weather affects the tour?
Our tours operate in most weather conditions with appropriate adjustments. If severe weather makes touring unsafe, we'll reschedule or provide alternative indoor cultural experiences. Full refunds are available for cancellations due to extreme weather.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Absolutely. We work with local restaurants and caterers to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Please inform us of requirements when booking so we can make proper arrangements.
